The first time I used my RJellybean baby sling was during the first day of Nicole in our house. I used it when we (me & my MIL) didn’t know how to stop Nicole from crying. I later on found out that babies liked to be swaddled and snugly fit like they were inside their mother’s womb. During Nicole’s first 4 months, I’m not using the sling to carry my baby. I don’t know if it’s just me but I find the sling difficult to use for babies at that age because they seem so fragile. After 6mos. I finally used my baby sling again. Now that Nicole can lift her head, I can manage to put her in the sling without worrying of hurting her. This is really helpful as your baby gets heavier!

My daughter also found this sling difficult to use when her baby was young. I’ll suggest she try again at six months. Lovely blog.
