Last Thursday, my hubby and I went to Landmark to buy ingredients for my Bulgogi. I chose to cook this dish because I missed the bulgogi of Zuppa & Kimchi.

Our Korean friends might not find it authentic but what the heck, this is just my first attempt!
I marinated the beef this morning and cooked it for dinner. The taste??!!! Well, it’s good but it lacks something… brown sugar and chili!
Good thing I didn’t cook all of it! I still have something left for tomorrow.
