Last Thursday, my hubby and I went to Landmark to buy ingredients for my Bulgogi. I chose to cook this dish because I missed the bulgogi of Zuppa & Kimchi.

Here are my ingredients:

  • 1/2 Kg. Beef sirloin, sukiyaki cut
  • <strong>marinade:

  • 1 Tbsp. rice wine
  • 2 Tbsp. Maggi savor clasic
  • 1 Tbsp. sesame oil
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. honey barbecue sauce (Hunts)
  • Our Korean friends might not find it authentic but what the heck, this is just my first attempt! :) I marinated the beef this morning and cooked it for dinner. The taste??!!! Well, it’s good but it lacks something… brown sugar and chili! :) Good thing I didn’t cook all of it! I still have something left for tomorrow.
