My hubby and I love pizzas (specifically Hawaiian pizzas)! So we decided to make one and today is our first attempt! :) My hubby helped me setup the oven because it’s not automatic. Since we don’t know how to make the dough, we just went to the supermarket and buy frozen extra thin pizza dough.

Here are the ingredients:
extra thin pizza dough

Toppings:

  • Del Monte tomato sauce (italian style)
  • white onion
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • CDO sweet ham
  • purefood’s salami
  • Kraft Meltsarap cheese (quickmelt)
  • shitake mushrooms (should have been buttons)
  • Del Monte pineapple tidbits
  • Mozarella cheese
  • As with the usual baking procedure, we pre-heated the oven. I don’t know the temperature and how many minutes we pre-heated it because you can only choose hi or lo in our oven! hehehe… Anyway, we made 2 pizzas (ala Nicolo and ala Grace) but they have the same ingredients. The only difference is that ala Nicolo was put at the bottom part of the oven while mine is put on top. We waited until the dough is golden brown. But when we checked, the edge of Nico’s pizza was already burnt but mine is not. So we pulled out Nico’s pizza and here’s what came up.

We left mine in the oven for a few more minutes and here’s a picture of my pizza..

    hahaha!!! See the difference??!!

    Now, what about the taste…

Well, it would be perfect if we replace the shitake mushrooms with just button mushrooms!!! The Shitake mushrooms didn’t blend well with our pizza so we have to take them all out! :(
