Before getting pregnant, loosing weight has always been a problem for me. I want to be slim but I’m so lazy to do some work out. My hubby and I even enrolled ourselves in a gym but we tend to eat more because we’re too tired and hungry! We also tried removing rice in our diet but it only lasted for 2 days!
During my pregnancy, I gave up dieting and started to eat what’s good for me and my baby. After giving birth, I was expecting that my belly would be back to its normal shape. As other moms told me, its not going to happen overnight! :)
If I was too lazy to work out before pregnancy, what more if I have a baby to take care of??!!
Aside from being slothful, I really didn’t have the luxury of time to do some exercises! But I’ve read from a website that you don’t need to exercise in order for you to be slim.
