This is a 2-day workshop wherein you will learn the basics of cake decorating such as  the star, shell, dots, outline and scallop borders. This also includes figure piping of rose, booties, clowns and dove. You will learn how to make royal icing and boiled icing then use them in decorating your own character cake! I was stuck in decorating Minnie’s head because someone stole my pan! Among the cakes that our class decorated, Oscar and Garfield are my favorites!
