Google introduces another one of their products. It’s a new browser called Google Chrome! Unlike the most commonly used browsers that we have (IE / Mozzilla) this browser is simple, fast and easy to navigate!

These are the top 5 NEW features that I love:
1. One box for everything – Your address bar is also Google search! Type in the address bar and get suggestions for both search and web pages. You can easily bookmark a page by clicking on the star icon beside the address bar.

2. New tab page – You get to see thumbnails of the top websites that you visit the most, recently closed tabs, recently saved websites, search engines that you use often.

3. Crash Control – Every tab/page that are opened are independent from each other. You don’t have to close the whole browser if one page stopped responding! It has it’s own task manager by pressing Shift + Esc and you can simply select the page that failed and click on End process.

4. Incognito mode – If you want to surf the web privately, you can use Chrome’s incognito mode and be worry free because it automatically deletes cookies, browsing and download histories.

5. Safe Browsing – You receive an error of: ‘This is probably not the site you are looking for!’

Google Chrome displays this warning if the web address listed in the certificate doesn’t match the address of the website Google Chrome is attempting to access.

This protects us from phishing, malware or any unsafe website!

I only have one complaint about it though, it’s not compatible for our MAC! According to their site, it will only work with XP SP2 and Vista.
